Spacial Chevdo

Traditional Chavana is a beloved Indian namkeen that has stood the test of time as a favorite across generations. It is cherished not only for its unique taste but also for the nostalgic emotions it evokes in every bite. At the heart of this crunchy snack lies a carefully crafted blend of select ingredients. Each component is chosen with attention to balance flavor, texture, and freshness. The main base is crisp rice flakes, which provide a light and airy crunch that forms the foundation of the mix. To complement this base, fried peanuts are added, delivering a nutty richness and hearty crunch that enhances the overall bite. Chickpeas bring a slightly firmer texture and earthy depth, contributing to the layered experience that Chavana is known for. Rounding out the mix are savory besan (gram flour) elements – such as sev or boondi – which add an indulgent, melt-in-the-mouth character to the blend. These besan pieces absorb the spices perfectly, making each morsel flavorful and satisfying. What truly makes Traditional Chavana stand out is the unique mix of spices used to bring all these ingredients together. These spices are not just about heat — they elevate the entire snack with a combination of flavors that are spicy, salty, and slightly sweet, offering a multidimensional taste. The spices are perfectly balanced to ensure no flavor overpowers another. Instead, they work in harmony, coating each ingredient and binding the blend into a unified, addictive namkeen. Every handful offers a variety of textures — the light crispiness of rice flakes, the crunch of peanuts, the grainy feel of chickpeas, and the soft bite of besan sev. This interplay of textures keeps the palate engaged with every bite.

Farali Chevdo

Rajagra Farali Chevda is a delicious and wholesome snack specially crafted for fasting (upvas) days, combining taste, tradition, and purity in every bite. Made using Rajagra (Amaranth) Atta, this chevda is light on the stomach yet full of flavor, making it a perfect companion for vrat or any light snacking moment. At the heart of this snack is Amarnath flour, which is not only gluten-free but also rich in protein, fiber, and essential micronutrients — ideal for those observing a fast or following a satvik diet. The chewy yet crispy texture of the chevda is elevated by the generous addition of fried peanuts, adding a nutty richness and satisfying crunch. To bring balance and depth to the flavor, we use Sindhav Namak (rock salt) – a mineral-rich, digestive-friendly alternative to regular salt, traditionally used during fasts. The snack is then gently tossed in refined edible oil, ensuring each ingredient is crisp and perfectly blended. The flavor profile is beautifully rounded out with a blend of red chilly powder for mild heat, turmeric powder for warmth and color, brown sugar for a subtle sweetness, and a touch of kotha powder — used as a natural flavoring substance — which gives the chevda a distinctive aroma and taste. What makes this Farali Chevda truly special is its ability to satisfy cravings without compromising dietary restrictions. It’s completely free of onion, garlic, or artificial additives, making it suitable for religious observances and clean eating preferences.
